Junior Quality Assurance Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Junior Quality Assurance Specialist to support line clearance, in‑process checks, and documentation compliance within our pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. The role offers hands‑on experience with batch records, SOPs, and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Perform line clearance and release activities following SOPs.
• Conduct in‑process quality checks during manufacturing and packaging, recording results in batch documentation.
• Verify material usage against BMR, BPR, MPI, MIV, and dispensing sheets.
• Maintain strict cGMP compliance, ensuring accurate documentation and record integrity.
• Monitor environmental conditions and equipment calibration.
• Assist in preparing Annual Product Quality Reviews and participate in internal/external audits.
• Handle QMS tasks, investigations, and CAPA processes using the Amplelogic system.
• Support the QA Operations Team Leader/QA Manager with additional duties as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, science, or a related field with 0‑3 years of experience, or equivalent experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• High school diploma with 5+ years of pharmaceutical experience is also acceptable.
• Strong understanding of cGMP and good computer literacy.
• Proficiency in English.
