About the role
The Junior Sales Associate supports store operations by assisting customers, handling basic service tasks, and helping the sales team meet daily targets. This entry‑level position offers hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced retail environment.
Key responsibilities
- Greet customers and direct them to experienced sales associates in each department.
- Follow up on customer orders and route complaints or issues to the appropriate senior staff.
- Assist with receiving stock, recording inventory accurately, and replenishing shelves.
- Promote up‑selling, cross‑selling, and store promotions to achieve hourly sales goals.
- Maintain records of non‑moving products and report them to senior sales staff.
- Help with merchandising according to senior sales recommendations.
Required profile
- High school diploma.
- Fluency in English.
- Basic understanding of customer service procedures.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
