Junior Sales Engineer - After Sales & Service

About the role

HRInvest is hiring a Junior Sales Engineer for after-sales and service in Dubai. The role focuses on developing new service business, including annual maintenance contracts (AMCs), and selling technical service solutions to customers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new service business opportunities, including annual maintenance contracts (AMCs).
• Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable service and maintenance solutions.
• Generate enquiries through proactive outreach and regular client visits.
• Build relationships with customers and decision-makers to secure new business.
• Explain technical solutions clearly and manage sales opportunities through to closure.
• Achieve sales targets and maintain an active pipeline of service opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering.
• 2-3 years of relevant technical sales experience.
• Demonstrated ability to generate enquiries and achieve sales targets.
• Strong communication, relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, organised and confident engaging with decision-makers.
• UAE driving licence preferred.

Required skills

• Technical knowledge of chillers, heat pumps, boilers, calorifiers or solar water heating systems.
