Junior Sales Executive

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Sales Executive to generate new business opportunities and manage client relationships for interior design and fit‑out projects in Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across commercial, residential, hospitality, retail and office fit‑out sectors.
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling and market research.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, consultants, contractors, property developers and corporate clients.
• Conduct client meetings to understand project requirements and present our services.
• Coordinate with design and estimation teams to prepare proposals, quotations and presentations.
• Follow up on inquiries, negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of sales or business development experience.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Strong capability to build and maintain professional relationships.
