Junior Sales Manager - Travel Retail

About the role

Join the House of AMOUAGE as a Junior Sales Manager – Travel Retail. You will work closely with the Travel Retail Area Sales Manager and retail partners to drive sales performance, support Beauty Advisors, and maintain luxury standards across airport locations.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and develop Beauty Advisors (BAs) according to budget and launch plans.
• Set incentives, monitor commissions, and conduct monthly appraisals for BAs.
• Track sell‑out performance by airport, shop, and SKU; create action plans to meet targets.
• Maintain brand image through visual merchandising, planogram implementation, and trade‑animation approvals.
• Place and follow up on monthly orders and tester stock using the AX system.
• Produce regular reports on out‑of‑stock situations, competition analysis, and launch performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 2‑3 years of relevant sales or retail experience; travel retail experience is a plus.
• Strong communication, presentation, and analytical abilities.
• Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to multitask.
• Willingness to travel across the UK and Europe for store visits.

Required skills

• AX system (order and inventory management).
