Junior Sommelier – Beachfront Restaurant Opening

About the role

Join La Petite Maison as it opens a new beachfront restaurant in Dubai. As a Junior Sommelier you will start building your wine career, supporting service on the floor, caring for the cellar and learning the wine list inside out.

Key responsibilities

• Support wine service on the restaurant floor.
• Assist guests with wine recommendations and food pairings.
• Maintain cellar organization and manage stock levels.
• Support the sommelier team during service periods.
• Learn the wine list and the producers behind each label.
• Participate in tastings and wine‑focused events.

Required profile

• Some experience in wine service or a strong interest in wine.
• Holding a wine certification (WSET preferred).
• Warm, eager to learn and develop professionally.
• Organised and reliable in a fast‑paced environment.
• Fluent English communication skills.
