Junior Sous Chef – Fine Dining Kitchen

About the role

Join La Petite Maison’s Dubai restaurant as a Junior Sous Chef, supporting the Head Chef in delivering high‑quality French‑Mediterranean cuisine. You will work in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure kitchen, ensuring every dish meets the brand’s exacting standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Head Chef with recipe development, food preparation and plating.
• Supervise and train kitchen staff to maintain consistent quality and presentation.
• Monitor inventory, help with ordering and manage stock control.
• Maintain a clean, organized kitchen and uphold food safety and hygiene standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef in a fine‑dining or high‑end restaurant.
• Culinary degree or relevant certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Mediterranean cuisine and modern culinary techniques.
• Excellent communication, leadership and teamwork skills.
