Junior Supply Chain & Global Sourcing Executive

About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Supply Chain & Global Sourcing Executive to support our fast‑growing international operations across the Middle East, Europe, USA, India and China. You will work directly with senior leadership and suppliers worldwide, helping to source products, negotiate pricing and support our expansion projects.

Key responsibilities

• Source products and suppliers from platforms such as Alibaba, IndiaMART, Made‑in‑China, Global Sources and direct manufacturers.
• Identify reliable suppliers in China, India, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait, Morocco, Egypt, Europe and the USA.
• Build and maintain supplier relationships, request quotations, compare pricing and evaluate capabilities.
• Support negotiations on pricing, MOQ, lead times, shipping and payment terms; coordinate sample approvals and purchase orders.
• Work with logistics teams to coordinate shipments, customs documentation and delivery schedules.
• Research market trends, monitor competitor pricing and assist in benchmarking suppliers and countries.

Required profile

• Strong communication and negotiation abilities with excellent English written and spoken skills.
• High attention to detail, good organisational and multitasking capabilities.
• Proactive, independent work style and a strong desire to learn.
• Degree or diploma in Supply Chain, Business, International Trade, Procurement, Logistics, Engineering or Commerce is preferred.

Required skills

• Advanced use of Excel and Google Sheets.
• Proficient internet research and use of online sourcing tools.
• Experience with Alibaba and IndiaMART platforms.
