Junior System Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Junior System Analyst to join our growing team. The role supports IT infrastructure, data management and hardware configuration, ensuring the technology environment runs efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly and monthly reports in Excel for data analysis.
• Assist with data management tasks such as organizing, cleaning and structuring datasets.
• Configure and troubleshoot hardware devices including tablets, printers and laptops.
• Provide end‑user support for hardware setup and performance issues.

Required profile

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.) for reporting and analysis.
• Basic understanding of hardware configuration, especially tablets, printers and laptops.
• Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Good communication skills and collaborative mindset.
