About the role
We are looking for enthusiastic junior waiters to join our Big Mamma restaurant in Dubai’s DIFC. Big Mamma is a Franco‑Italian restaurant group with locations across Europe, the UAE and Mexico. You will welcome guests, guide them through our Italian menu and create a warm, convivial atmosphere that reflects our brand’s focus on unforgettable moments and togetherness.
Key responsibilities
- Greet guests and accompany them on a culinary journey to Italy.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of the menu, products and wine list to advise customers.
- Apply sales techniques to increase the average check and support the restaurant’s economic performance.
- Share your know‑how to support the growth and development of runners.
