Key Account Assistant

About the role

GENERAL MACHINERY AGENCIES (L L C) is seeking a motivated Key Account Assistant to join its Dubai office on a full‑time, on‑site basis. The role supports the finance and client‑service functions by handling credit control, petty cash, and basic accounting tasks while ensuring accurate communication with customers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage credit control processes and monitor client payments.
• Handle petty cash transactions and maintain cash records.
• Provide finance support, including preparation of trial balances, profit & loss statements, and balance sheets.
• Assist with basic accounting duties and ensure compliance with VAT regulations.
• Maintain effective communication with clients regarding financial queries.
• Utilise MS Office and QuickBooks for data entry and reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field.
• Experience in financial record keeping and credit control.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work on‑site in Dubai.
