Key Account Manager - Corporate & Fleet Sales

About the role

Al Futtaim Group is building a pool of talent for future Key Account Manager positions across the UAE. The role suits a commercially driven sales professional who enjoys building strong corporate relationships, identifying new business opportunities and growing key accounts. You will manage corporate and fleet customers, drive sales growth and deliver a high standard of customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the corporate and fleet market and build a pipeline of prospective customers.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key corporate clients and understand their requirements, recommending suitable solutions.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives.
• Monitor market trends, customer needs and competitor activity, and prepare accurate sales reports and customer information.
• Ensure timely follow-up and collection of outstanding account receivables.

Required profile

• Graduate-level qualification.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in fleet sales, B2B sales, corporate sales or key account management.
• Proven ability to develop corporate accounts and achieve sales targets.
• Good knowledge of the UAE business and fleet customer landscape.
• Automotive, vehicle leasing or mobility industry experience is highly desirable.

Required skills

• Strong corporate, fleet, B2B or key account sales experience.
• Good understanding of the UAE fleet and vehicle leasing market.
• Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, influencing and communication skills.
• Commercially minded, with good numerical and analytical skills.
• Good command of English; customer-focused and driven to achieve sales targets.
