Key Account Manager – Food Services (HORECA) in Dubai

About the role

We are looking for a Key Account Manager to lead our food‑service sales in Dubai’s HORECA market. You will build and nurture strategic relationships with hotels, executive chefs and procurement teams to drive adoption of our food products.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with executive chefs, sous chefs, kitchen managers and hotel procurement teams.
• Promote ingredients and food products directly to culinary decision‑makers and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Conduct product presentations, tastings and menu‑application demonstrations.
• Work with chefs to integrate company products into hotel menus and secure product listings with purchasing departments.
• Identify and develop new hotel, restaurant and catering clients within the assigned territory.
• Introduce and launch new food products in collaboration with internal teams.
• Ensure timely money collection, credit control and on‑time product deliveries.
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends and maintain a customer database.
• Track daily sales performance, generate regular sales reports and manage tenders and supply contracts.

Required profile

• Proven experience selling food‑service products to hotels, restaurants or catering businesses.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and grow revenue within the HORECA segment.
• Strong relationship‑building skills with chefs, purchasing managers and F&B teams.
• Experience conducting product tastings, demonstrations and menu integration.
• Ability to manage credit control, collect payments and resolve service issues.
• Knowledge of competitor pricing, market trends and tender processes.
