Key Account Manager – Hospitality & Residential (Dubai)

About the role

Technogym is looking for a Key Account Manager to drive new business development and manage existing accounts in the Hospitality and Residential sectors across Dubai North and the Northern Emirates. You will be part of the Country Field Sales team, reporting to the Subsidiary Sales Manager, and will work with a portfolio of fitness solutions and services.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve sales, profitability and cash‑flow targets for B2C and B2B segments in Dubai North and the Northern Emirates.
• Promote Technogym Sell‑Out packages to increase brand awareness through marketing and promotional activities.
• Generate leads, profile customers, plan activities and keep the CRM up‑to‑date.
• Maintain and develop existing relationships while seeking new business opportunities.
• Conduct regular customer and prospect visits in line with the company sales code.

Required profile

• 5‑6 years of field sales experience, preferably in real estate, hospitality, construction or FMCG.
• Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or a related field.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Valid UAE driver’s licence.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• CRM tool proficiency, preferably Salesforce.
