About the role
We are seeking a Business Development Consultant to lead growth across the UAE, focusing on Dubai and Abu Dhabi. The role is with a fast‑growing technology company that is disrupting the construction sector through AI‑driven solutions. You will leverage an existing network to create new opportunities and build strategic partnerships.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities within the construction, property and real‑estate markets.
- Open doors and establish relationships with senior stakeholders across the built environment sector.
- Develop and negotiate strategic partnerships that drive commercial growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to shape regional growth strategy and market positioning.
Required profile
- Currently based in the UAE (Dubai or Abu Dhabi).
- Strong, established network in construction, property and real‑estate sectors.
- Proven experience in business development, sales or client acquisition.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain senior stakeholder relationships.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
