Key Account Manager – Personal Health E‑Commerce

About the role

As a Key Account Manager for Personal Health E‑Commerce, you will own end‑to‑end online account management for assigned retailers, marketplaces and digital partners across GCC countries. You will forecast sales, develop tailored commercial plans and drive digital‑focused initiatives to grow the business.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full e‑commerce lifecycle for assigned accounts, including forecasting, planning and execution.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key online players and develop strategic account plans.
• Identify growth opportunities such as assortment optimisation, visibility enhancements, upsell/cross‑sell and new digital activations.
• Ensure high‑quality digital execution – content, search visibility, campaigns and conversion optimisation.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Pricing, Finance, Supply Chain and other functions to deliver aligned online initiatives.
• Monitor and analyse performance metrics (traffic, conversion, share of search, availability, content compliance) to support data‑driven decisions.
• Manage and develop distributors involved in e‑commerce operations within GCC markets.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of channel strategy, tools and processes.

Required profile

• Approximately 10 years of sales/account‑management experience, preferably with strong e‑commerce exposure in multinational FMCG or consumer‑electronics companies.
• Proven experience managing e‑commerce accounts (marketplaces, pure players, omnichannel retailers) in GCC countries.
• Mandatory distributor‑management experience in GCC markets.
• Strong digital commercial understanding, including online retail media, content management, digital‑shelf performance and e‑commerce analytics.
• Excellent communication, high ownership and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.
• Willingness and ability to travel as required.
