Key Accounts Executive

About the role

Dulsco Group is hiring a Key Accounts Executive in Abu Dhabi. The role acts as the main point of contact for assigned key accounts, linking customers with internal teams and divisions while building long-term relationships and retaining existing accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Compile market insight and customer analysis records, including open-source and social media research, and take part in professional learning and networking
• Be the primary liaison between customers and internal teams, handle client transitions from the sales team and act as the interface with all relevant Dulsco divisions
• Track and forecast account metrics, write business plans and communicate the progress of monthly and quarterly initiatives
• Analyze customer use of Dulsco by sector and service, compile tenders and quotations, and refer large-value opportunities to the team
• Support accounts receivable collection, including 30-60 day DSOs, invoice submission, SOA maintenance and contract renewals, and promote e-billing and online payment
• Work with operations, HR and finance to keep account management aligned with commercial terms and safeguard timely contract renewals

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
• 3-5+ years of experience in key accounts management, business development or client relationship management
• Experience with corporate or enterprise accounts, client onboarding, contract renewals, negotiations and retention
• Preferred background in workforce solutions, outsourcing, facilities management, recruitment or related services
• Knowledge of UAE business practices and commercial regulations

Required skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication in English
• Strong presentation, stakeholder management, negotiation and influencing skills
• Exposure to tender preparation, quotations and commercial proposals
• Experience working with cross-functional teams such as Operations, HR, Finance and Sales
