Key Accounts Manager – Financial Services

About the role

The Key Accounts Manager will oversee a portfolio of strategic corporate clients for Al Futtaim Auto Leasing, ensuring high retention and revenue growth. Reporting to the Head of B2B Sales, the role blends account management, sales strategy, and cross‑functional collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of key corporate accounts, driving retention and maximizing output.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with customers to increase profit and service penetration.
• Plan and execute customer retention and relationship‑development initiatives.
• Support the Head of Department in defining sales strategies, targets, and performance metrics.
• Cross‑sell Al‑Futtaim Financial Services, auto, truck/bus, and industrial equipment products.
• Deliver on revenue and profit targets for lease and rental solutions.
• Maintain comprehensive reporting systems and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
• Provide market statistics to the Marketing team for campaign planning.
• Collaborate closely with collections and networking groups to minimise debt and enhance corporate image.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing key corporate accounts in a B2B environment.
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales and revenue targets.
• Strong analytical mindset for reporting and strategy formulation.
