KG Bilingual Teacher – Arabic and English

About the role

GEMS Education is seeking a bilingual female teacher for Kindergarten who can deliver high‑quality instruction in both Arabic and English. The role involves planning, teaching, assessing and supporting young learners to achieve academic success while upholding the school’s core values.

Key responsibilities

• Teach and assess KG students in Arabic and English, adapting lessons to individual needs.
• Plan and deliver engaging, curriculum‑aligned lessons that cater to diverse learning styles.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, curriculum plans and teaching resources.
• Utilise media and technology to enhance classroom learning.
• Communicate student progress to parents and relevant external bodies, such as the Ministry of Education.
• Participate in CPD, appraisal processes and contribute to co‑curricular activities.
• Promote a safe, disciplined, and supportive learning environment.

Required profile

• Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English.
• Female candidate, as specified by the school.
• Attested degree preferred; a bachelor’s degree from a recognised university is required.
• Minimum of one month teaching experience or relevant classroom exposure.
• Commitment to GEMS core values and school policies.
