KG Teacher

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated KG Teacher to join our school in Fujairah. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering the kindergarten curriculum, supporting student wellbeing and collaborating with colleagues and parents.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver well-structured lessons aligned with the school's scheme of work.
• Assign homework in accordance with school policies and procedures.
• Utilize assessment data to monitor student progress, set targets and inform subsequent lesson planning.
• Provide regular oral and written feedback, applying accurate diagnostic marking consistent with the school's marking policy.
• Record and employ both summative and formative assessments to ensure student progress.
• Undertake pastoral duties to support student wellbeing.
• Participate in school meetings related to curriculum, administration, and pastoral arrangements.
• Attend parent meetings prepared to discuss student achievement and wellbeing.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching practice and school initiatives.
