Kids Club Attendant – Dubai Resort

About the role

The Kids Club Attendant will deliver a safe, fun and educational experience for children and teens at the Tuk Tuk Kids Club and Chill Teens Club within Anantara The Palm Dubai Resort. You will be the primary point of contact for young guests, ensuring their needs are met with warmth and professionalism.

Key responsibilities

• Provide efficient, friendly and professional service to guests at the Kids Club and Teens Club.
• Design and run engaging, educational activities that are age‑appropriate.
• Identify returning children, guests and VIPs to personalize service.
• Maintain zero‑accident safety standards and enforce childcare guidelines.
• Inspect, maintain and report any equipment issues promptly.
• Collaborate with the Recreation Supervisor to improve operational procedures.
• Organise special events and festivities for children.
• Monitor supplies, control departmental costs and support profitability.
• Participate in training programs and provide feedback to management.
