Kids Club Attendant

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and self‑motivated Kids Club Attendant to join our recreation team at Rotana Ras Al Khaimah – The Mangroves. In this role you will create a safe, fun, and engaging environment for children attending the club and crèche, supporting families and ensuring smooth daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Assistant Recreation Manager and Recreation Supervisor to maintain a safe environment for all children.
• Ensure parents complete accurate registration forms, including child health histories.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date inventory of toys and equipment, keeping everything clean and well‑maintained.
• Report any needs for additional or replacement toys to the supervisor.
• Follow daily, weekly, and monthly activity schedules as directed.
• Enforce club rules and regulations at all times.
• Keep the club and crèche tidy and organized.
• Stay informed about club facilities, operating hours, promotions, and pricing.

Required profile

• Diploma or vocational training in early childhood education or a related field.
• Previous experience in a similar children‑care or recreation role.
• Passion for working with children and a caring, creative mindset.
• Strong command of English and excellent interpersonal abilities.
• Patient, mature, and able to handle stress in a fast‑paced environment.
• Team‑player who enjoys multicultural settings and delivers high guest‑service standards.

Required skills

• Good command of English (spoken and written).
