About the role

The Royal Stables Private Members Club in Abu Dhabi is looking for an enthusiastic Kids Club Attendant to create a safe, fun, and engaging environment for young members and their families. You will lead age‑appropriate activities, ensure child safety, and deliver memorable experiences that reflect the club’s high hospitality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome children and parents, providing a warm and reassuring check‑in experience.
• Supervise children at all times, maintaining a safe and inclusive environment.
• Plan and lead games, creative crafts, educational activities, and themed programmes.
• Maintain accurate attendance records and communicate relevant information to parents or guardians.
• Keep play areas, toys, and equipment clean, organized, and ready for use.
• Follow safeguarding, first‑aid, and emergency procedures, responding appropriately to incidents.

Required profile

• Qualification or training in Early Childhood Education, Childcare, Recreation, or a related field (preferred).
• 1–2 years of experience working with children in a kids‑club, recreation, childcare, family entertainment, or premium hospitality setting.
• Friendly, patient, energetic, and confident when interacting with children and families.
