Kids Club Counselor – Fun & Safe Activities for Children

About the role

As a Kids Club Counselor you will brighten children’s days by creating engaging, safe and memorable experiences that enhance families’ stays at the resort.

Key responsibilities

• Greet children and parents, manage registration and ensure a welcoming environment.
• Organise and supervise age‑appropriate games, arts & crafts, educational and recreational activities.
• Maintain attendance records, prepare activity materials and support the Kids Club Supervisor with daily operations.

Required profile

• Passion for hospitality and spreading warmth.
• Integrity, leadership, teamwork, ownership and a sense of urgency.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; hospitality, education, childcare or recreation qualification is a plus.
• Previous experience in a Kids Club, childcare, recreation or customer‑service role.
• First Aid and CPR certification preferred.
• Good command of English; additional languages are advantageous.
