About the role
We are looking for a Kitchen Commis to join our team at Rixos Marina Abu Dhabi, a luxury hotel delivering authentic Turkish hospitality. The role supports the culinary team by maintaining high standards of cleanliness, preparation, and service.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor and control cleanliness of kitchen areas and equipment.
- Prepare work stations and mise en place according to daily requirements.
- Control portion sizes and presentation before dishes are passed.
- Assist the Chef de Partie and follow daily specials and menu recipes.
- Report for duty punctually in proper uniform and name badge.
Required profile
- Previous experience in the culinary field.
- Culinary diploma or degree preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
- Highly responsible, reliable and team‑oriented.
