Kitchen Staff – Full‑Time Position in Ras Al Khaimah

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Kitchen Staff member to join our fast‑paced kitchen team in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE. The role involves supporting chefs and senior staff in daily food preparation while maintaining strict hygiene standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in food preparation and basic cooking activities.
• Wash, peel, cut, and prepare ingredients as required.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area.
• Ensure proper storage of food items and kitchen supplies.
• Support chefs and senior kitchen staff during meal preparation.
• Handle kitchen equipment and utensils safely.
• Follow food safety and company hygiene standards.

Required profile

• Currently based in the UAE.
• Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, catering company, or similar food‑service environment is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen safety practices.
• Ability to work in a team and under pressure.
• Good attitude, discipline, and willingness to learn.
• Physically fit and capable of standing for extended periods.
