About the role
Join the vibrant kitchen team at Radisson Resort Al Marjan Island and be the backbone of culinary excellence. As a Kitchen Steward you will ensure that every dish, glass and utensil is spotless and ready for service, helping create memorable moments for guests.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain a constant supply of clean dishes, glassware, silverware, pots and other kitchen equipment for all hotel outlets.
- Keep the kitchen and service areas clean, organized and compliant with health and safety standards.
- Assist the senior kitchen manager with assigned projects and support the culinary team during busy service periods.
- Handle waste segregation and recycling according to hotel procedures.
Required profile
- Positive attitude with strong organizational abilities.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work proactively.
- Commitment to delivering high‑quality customer service.
