Kitchen Technician

About the role

PROCAT is seeking a full‑time Kitchen Technician to join its on‑site team in the United Arab Emirates. You will be responsible for keeping kitchen equipment running smoothly, minimizing downtime and ensuring safety standards are met.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and repair a variety of kitchen appliances and equipment.
• Conduct routine inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Troubleshoot equipment breakdowns and act quickly to resolve issues.
• Coordinate with vendors for parts, service, and new appliance installations.
• Document all maintenance activities and keep accurate service records.

Required profile

• Proven experience in maintaining, repairing and troubleshooting kitchen equipment.
• Ability to perform routine inspections and ensure safety compliance.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, mechanical and plumbing systems related to kitchen appliances.
• Strong organizational skills for record‑keeping.
• Effective communication for coordination with team members and external vendors.
• Flexibility to work varied schedules, including weekends or evenings if needed.
• Vocational or technical certification in appliance repair, electrical or mechanical engineering is preferred.
• Familiarity with UAE safety regulations is an advantage.
