About the role
We are looking for a Level 3 Security Engineer with more than 13 years of hands‑on experience to join our client in Dubai on a one‑year contract with possible extension.
Key responsibilities
- Design, harden and support security architectures, including firewalls, proxies, WAF and IDS/IPS solutions.
- Perform complex troubleshooting, incident response, and disaster‑recovery support.
- Review and design security policies, provide governance input and conduct security network design.
Required profile
- 13+ years of practical experience in security engineering and deep troubleshooting.
- Proven ability to work on multiple security technologies and provide architectural guidance.
Required skills
- Firewall technologies: Checkpoint, Palo Alto.
- Proxy and cloud security: Zscaler.
- Application delivery and web security: F5 WAF.
- IPS/IDS and DDoS mitigation.
- Security network design.
- Endpoint security: Trellix, McAfee, EDR, DLP.
- Identity & Access Management: MFA, VPN token solutions.
- IT Service Management (ITSM) processes.
