Security Awareness & Training Manager (Arabic)

About the role

Infosec Ventures is seeking a Security Awareness & Training Manager to lead cybersecurity awareness and training programmes for multiple Dubai‑based entities. The role is client‑facing, requiring fluency in Arabic and English, and involves managing the full engagement lifecycle from onboarding to adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop client portfolios across various Dubai organisations.
• Lead cybersecurity awareness and training engagements, ensuring alignment with DESC ISR requirements.
• Conduct product demonstrations and explain platform capabilities to clients.
• Support onboarding, monitor adoption, and act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams.
• Analyse feedback and usage data to improve client experience and retention.

Required profile

• Previous professional experience in Dubai/UAE, with hands‑on familiarity with DESC ISR.
• Experience working with government, enterprise, or regulated entities in the region.
• Strong client‑facing and communication skills in both Arabic and English.
• Ability to manage multiple engagements simultaneously and resolve client issues proactively.
