Lab Engineer – Cementing

About the role

The Lab Engineer – Cementing will develop, qualify and monitor stimulation chemicals and fluid systems for well interventions, ensuring they meet ADNOC standards and operational reliability.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, qualify and monitor stimulation chemicals and fluid systems in line with ADNOC requirements.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and environment (HSE) standards throughout all activities.
• Maintain operational reliability and customer focus during lab operations.
• Provide technical support to field teams for cementing and well stimulation projects.
• Document test results and generate reports using Microsoft Office tools.

Required profile

• Relevant Engineering or Science degree/diploma.
• H2S certification.
• First Aid certification.
• Role‑specific training (preferred).

• Technical expertise in cementing discipline.
• Well intervention and stimulation knowledge.
