About the role
The Lab Engineer – Cementing will develop, qualify and monitor stimulation chemicals and fluid systems for well interventions, ensuring they meet ADNOC standards and operational reliability.
Key responsibilities
- Develop, qualify and monitor stimulation chemicals and fluid systems in line with ADNOC requirements.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety and environment (HSE) standards throughout all activities.
- Maintain operational reliability and customer focus during lab operations.
- Provide technical support to field teams for cementing and well stimulation projects.
- Document test results and generate reports using Microsoft Office tools.
Required profile
- Relevant Engineering or Science degree/diploma.
- H2S certification.
- First Aid certification.
- Role‑specific training (preferred).
Required skills
- Technical expertise in cementing discipline.
- Well intervention and stimulation knowledge.
- HSE compliance.
- Microsoft Office and reporting.
- English communication.
