About the role
The Land Sport Animator will lead and coordinate a variety of adult‑focused recreational activities at our luxury resort. You will create engaging experiences, ensure safety, and contribute to the overall entertainment programme.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitate and present small‑ and large‑scale sports and outdoor activities, both independently and with other animators.
- Assist in set‑up and breakdown of activity areas, ensuring all equipment is ready and safe.
- Supervise participants, providing a safe and enjoyable environment for adults.
- Generate new activity ideas and support the development of future resort programmes.
- Execute additional tasks assigned by the Entertainment Manager or executive team.
Required profile
- Current Standard First Aid certification with CPR.
- Minimum 1 year recent experience in a high‑volume, fast‑paced recreational setting with adults.
- Positive, outgoing, professional attitude with strong communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, flexible schedule, and good team spirit.
- Physically fit to conduct activities in any weather, including walking, sports, and water‑based games.
Required skills
- First Aid (CPR) certification
