About the role

Parsons is seeking an experienced Land Surveyor to join its Sharjah team. You will work on‑site as part of a survey crew, delivering accurate field surveys and geodetic calculations for infrastructure projects such as roads and bridges.

Key responsibilities

Review drawings and documents related to the works.
Supervise survey activities and ensure compliance with project requirements.
Perform land/field surveys, geodetic calculations, and set‑out checks.
Interface with clients and contractors to verify survey requirements.
Maintain survey records, field books, sketches, and calculations.
Check service locations, protect utilities, and verify levels.
Prepare as‑built drawings and support site safety procedures.
Measure work progress and report as needed.

Required profile

Diploma or Associate degree in Civil/Land Surveying or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years of experience on infrastructure (roads & bridges) projects.
Good oral and written communication skills in English.
