About the role
Parsons is seeking an experienced Land Surveyor to join its Sharjah team. You will work on‑site as part of a survey crew, delivering accurate field surveys and geodetic calculations for infrastructure projects such as roads and bridges.
Key responsibilities
- Review drawings and documents related to the works.
- Supervise survey activities and ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Perform land/field surveys, geodetic calculations, and set‑out checks.
- Interface with clients and contractors to verify survey requirements.
- Maintain survey records, field books, sketches, and calculations.
- Check service locations, protect utilities, and verify levels.
- Prepare as‑built drawings and support site safety procedures.
- Measure work progress and report as needed.
Required profile
- Diploma or Associate degree in Civil/Land Surveying or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of experience on infrastructure (roads & bridges) projects.
- Good oral and written communication skills in English.
