Landlord Relations Officer

About the role

Deluxe Holiday Homes is a holiday-home and property-management company in Dubai managing 700+ premium short-term rentals. It is looking for a Landlord Relations Officer to coordinate property handovers after contract termination, carry out inspections and keep landlords informed.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee property handovers after contract termination, ensuring a smooth transition to landlords or their authorised representatives.
• Conduct thorough property inspections, identify damages, maintenance concerns and outstanding issues, and coordinate corrective actions before handover.
• Prepare inspection reports, handover checklists, photographic records and documentation of keys, access cards and other property assets.
• Carry out pre- and post-owner-stay inspections to ensure properties meet cleanliness, maintenance, safety and operational standards.
• Welcome landlords during scheduled owner stays, help with access, explain facilities and address immediate concerns or special requests.
• Work with Operations, Maintenance, Housekeeping and other departments so issues are resolved within required timelines.
• Maintain clear communication with landlords about inspection findings, handover arrangements and property readiness.
• Monitor pending tasks, follow up on corrective actions and escalate delays or unresolved issues when necessary.
• Keep accurate property records, inspection findings and handover statuses in the company's management systems.
• Identify ways to improve inspection processes, handover efficiency and the landlord experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or related field of study.
• UAE driving licence.
• Previous experience in a similar role or industry is advantageous.

Required skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication and strong customer service orientation.
• Proficiency in CRM software such as HubSpot or similar platforms.
• Ability to multitask, prioritise and work under pressure; attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Collaborative attitude and willingness to work with cross-functional teams.
