Landscape Project Manager

About the role

Careers International is hiring a full-time Landscape Project Manager in Dubai. The role covers the entire project lifecycle, from inception to closeout, coordinating clients, stakeholders, suppliers and subcontractors while keeping projects within budget and scope.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets and resource allocation; oversee scope, procurement, design, costs, time, risk, HR and closeout.
• Supervise health and safety at the site and coordinate with consultants, local authorities and regulators to obtain permits and approvals.
• Manage design teams, contractors, engineers and subcontractors, lead weekly site meetings and prepare labour schedules.
• Monitor execution against specifications, conduct regular site visits, approve completed work and minimise material wastage.
• Review drawings, specifications and BOQs, raise RFIs and variation notices, and track procurement and potential delays.
• Produce detailed project status, two-week-ahead schedule and monthly progress reports, review daily reports and prepare close-out documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in landscape project management within the GCC, including large-scale projects.
• Knowledge of landscape contracting, project budgeting and procurement.
• UAE driving licence required.

Required skills

• Advanced knowledge of project management tools and software, including Microsoft Excel and other financial systems.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
