Landscaping Estimator

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Landscaping Estimator to join our team in Sharjah. You will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates and competitive quotations for a variety of landscaping projects, ensuring that all calculations reflect the latest material and labour rates.

Key responsibilities

• Review project drawings, specifications, and requirements.
• Calculate quantities for irrigation, hardscape, and softscape works.
• Obtain up‑to‑date material and labour costs from local suppliers.
• Prepare detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and cost breakdowns.
• Develop and submit competitive quotations and tender documents.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to refine estimates.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
• 1–4 years of experience in landscaping estimation, preferably in the UAE.
• Familiarity with UAE construction and landscaping materials.
• Ability to work on‑site and attend face‑to‑face interviews.
