Lead Agentic Software & DevOps Engineer

About the role

PMP Strategy’s Agentix Studio is looking for a Lead Agentic Software & DevOps Engineer to transform prototypes and MVPs into production‑grade, scalable solutions. Working closely with the CTO, consultants and client technical teams, you will own the delivery pipeline from design through deployment and ongoing operations.

Key responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into reliable, AI‑enabled digital products.
• Design and implement software components, services, API integrations and agentic applications.
• Elevate POCs and MVPs to industrial standards covering architecture, code quality, security, performance, scalability and resilience.
• Define and enforce reusable delivery patterns, CI/CD pipelines, versioning, release management and monitoring.
• Support client‑side deployments, guide integration, go‑live and handover processes.
• Diagnose production incidents, manage technical debt, model upgrades and security updates.
• Continuously improve applications post‑go‑live and coach data engineers on production best practices.
• Develop Agentix Studio’s agentic software engineering capability, including standards, templates and agent‑assisted coding pipelines.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in software engineering and DevOps within complex, data‑intensive environments.
• Strong ability to lead end‑to‑end delivery of production‑grade systems.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and capacity to mentor junior engineers.
• Comfortable working in a partially remote setting with preferred hubs in Paris or Dubai.
