Lead Application Support Analyst - Infor LN ERP

About the role

ALEC Holdings PJSC, part of the Investment Corporation of Dubai and a publicly listed construction group, is looking for a Lead Application Support Analyst to join its team that maintains and optimizes Infor LN ERP. The team covers supply chain, manufacturing and service domains, and the role provides senior functional and technical support for the platform.

Key responsibilities

• Resolve complex incidents and problems across supply chain, manufacturing, service and warehousing.
• Configure, maintain and optimize Infor LN modules and sessions to match business processes.
• Support and troubleshoot integrations, BODs and interfaces with other enterprise and third-party systems.
• Manage customizations, extensions and reports, working with technical resources and vendors.
• Analyze business requirements and change requests and turn them into functional designs, configurations or technical solutions.
• Lead testing, validation and deployment of changes, enhancements, patches and upgrades under change management standards.
• Drive process improvements and system optimizations, and coordinate with Infor and external partners on support cases and vendor solutions.
• Maintain documentation of configurations, processes, customizations and support procedures.
• Share knowledge with other analysts and business users as the senior technical reference for Infor LN.

Required profile

• At least 2 previous implementations completed.
• 5+ years of experience; degree in an appropriate discipline or equivalent experience.
• Deep functional knowledge of supply chain, manufacturing, service and warehousing processes in Infor LN.
• Experience in construction, engineering, manufacturing or other project-based industries is an advantage.

Required skills

• Infor LN focused experience in manufacturing and logistics, including sessions, BODs, integrations, interfaces and customizations.
• Hands-on experience configuring Infor LN ERP (or Baan).
• Customization of reports and workflow configurations.
• ERP integration concepts, data flows and incident, problem and change management.
• SQL and reporting tools for ERP data; exposure to ERP upgrades, rollouts or migrations.
• ION or related Infor tooling is an advantage.
