Lead Architect

About the role

Lead architectural design from concept and schematic design through detailed design, tender and construction supervision. Manage Dubai authority and master‑developer approvals while acting as the client’s key design contact.

Key responsibilities

• Lead architectural design from concept to construction supervision.
• Manage approvals with Dubai authorities such as DM, DCD, Trakhees, Emaar, Nakheel and Dubai Holding.
• Lead architects and BIM modelers across multiple high‑profile projects, ensuring programme, budget and design‑quality targets.
• Coordinate architecture with MEP, structural and infrastructure teams and provide technical support during tender and construction stages.

Required profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture with at least 12 years of relevant experience.
• Proven experience leading design teams and delivering projects in engineering consultancy environments.
• Hands‑on experience with Dubai authority approvals, UAE Society of Engineers membership and Dubai Municipality registration as a Practising Architect.
• Experience in GCC, UAE, UK or USA engineering consultancy projects.
