About the role
Descon Engineering Services & Technology is seeking an experienced Lead Design Engineer – Process to join its growing Oil & Gas team in the United Arab Emirates. The role requires a graduate engineering degree in any discipline and a dynamic, results‑driven professional attitude.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate process design engineering activities for oil & gas projects.
- Develop and validate process flow diagrams, piping layouts and safety analyses.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure design compliance with industry standards.
Required profile
- Graduate Engineer (any engineering discipline).
- Proven hands‑on experience with process simulation and design tools.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
