Shift Operator RO Plant FW NG

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Shift Operator to manage the RO (Reverse Osmosis) plant handling fuel water (FW) and natural gas (NG) operations in Abu Dhabi. The role involves ensuring continuous, safe, and efficient plant performance during assigned shifts.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and monitor plant equipment and processes, maintaining parameters within defined limits.
• Plan and coordinate utility plant operations in line with main production requirements.
• Record equipment readings, daily operating conditions, and perform standard data analysis, logging all information per procedures.
• Conduct routine inspections, adjustments, and cleaning to minimise unplanned interruptions.
• Follow work‑permit protocols and implement safety measures before maintenance activities.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment and adhere to all operating, safety, environmental and quality standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of experience in plant operation or a similar industrial setting.
• Diploma in Chemical/Mechanical Engineering or BSc in Chemistry.
• Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.

Required skills

• Plant operation and equipment monitoring.
• Data recording and basic analysis.
• Knowledge of safety, environmental and quality procedures.
