Lead Developer – Java (Technology Lead) – Dubai

About the role

Infosys is seeking a Technology Lead to drive the design and delivery of high‑quality Java solutions for its Dubai operations. You will work closely with stakeholders across the software lifecycle, from requirements gathering to architecture, coding, testing and support.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to define requirements and high‑level design artifacts.
• Develop, test and deliver robust Java modules and related components using NextJs.Net and SQL technologies.
• Lead validation activities across unit, integration and system testing, ensuring code quality and performance.
• Provide incident management and on‑call support for airport‑related applications.
• Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews and promote best coding practices.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with a high degree of initiative and flexibility.
• Willingness to be on‑call outside regular office hours.
• Experience working in a collaborative, learning‑focused environment.
