Lead Digital Marketing

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Lead Digital Marketing professional to develop and execute digital strategies, strengthen our brand presence, and drive measurable business growth in the UAE market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Lead digital campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
• Manage SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and website performance.
• Plan, execute, and optimise paid advertising campaigns to generate qualified leads and improve ROI.
• Analyse campaign performance using Google Analytics and advertising dashboards.
• Monitor marketing KPIs, conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, and campaign effectiveness.
• Develop engaging digital content and collaborate with creative, content, and design teams.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis with a strong understanding of UAE consumer behaviour and market trends.
• Manage digital marketing budgets, allocate resources effectively, and maximise return on investment.
• Lead and coordinate digital marketing team members, agencies, and external partners.
• Prepare regular performance reports and recommend data‑driven improvements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in digital marketing with strong knowledge of the UAE market.
• Demonstrated success in managing digital campaigns and generating measurable business results.
• Strong leadership, communication, project management, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deliver results in a fast‑paced environment.
