Lead Electrical Design Engineer

About the role

KEO International Consultants is seeking a Lead Electrical Design Engineer to head the design process for multiple projects from our Abu Dhabi office. You will guide multidisciplinary teams, ensure robust engineering solutions, and deliver contract documentation that meets the highest standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead research, planning, design, and development of building engineering systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.
• Supervise project engineers in feasibility studies, conceptual and final designs, cost estimates, and engineering calculations.
• Manage contracts with vendors for services and equipment procurement.
• Participate in coordination and progress meetings, presenting options and solutions.
• Review engineering options and validate new products and design solutions.
• Utilise Autodesk Revit to create and present design and engineering models.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years of post‑graduate experience in engineering design.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
