Lead Engineer - Networking

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Lead Engineer – Networking to lead the design, implementation, integration, testing, optimisation, and support of secure network infrastructure for large‑scale technical security and surveillance projects.

Key responsibilities

• Design and architect secure IP network infrastructures for technical security and surveillance solutions.
• Develop network solutions that meet operational, cybersecurity, availability, scalability, and performance requirements.
• Integrate and ensure seamless connectivity between sensors, radars, cameras, VMS, command centres, access control, RF systems and C4ISR platforms.
• Conduct network integration, testing, troubleshooting, performance tuning and acceptance activities.
• Produce network design documents, implementation plans and technical specifications.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams, vendors and project stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with cybersecurity frameworks, security policies and industry best practices.
• Lead root‑cause analysis, issue resolution and system optimisation, and mentor engineering teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience in enterprise and security networking, IP communications and complex project delivery.
• Strong background in cybersecurity, systems integration and large‑scale technical security or surveillance projects.
• Demonstrated technical leadership and ability to work with multidisciplinary teams and external vendors.
