Lead Engineer - Process

About the role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Process Engineer to join Wood’s Oil, Gas & New Energies business. Based in an office environment, you will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards for high‑profile energy clients.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise across all process design activities.
• Ensure design and engineering compliance with relevant codes and ADNOC standards.
• Coordinate, monitor and manage process design and engineering with the EPC contractor to meet project expectations and timelines.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate process solutions into overall project scope.
• Support project execution by reviewing documentation, conducting technical reviews, and addressing design issues.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Process Engineer in the oil and gas sector.
• Strong understanding of ADNOC standards and international engineering codes.
• Ability to work effectively with EPC contractors and internal multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent communication skills and a commitment to safety and quality.
