Lead Expert Product & Engineering

About the role

We are seeking a senior leader to drive our product and engineering function, turning technology investments into market‑ready IT products and digital platforms. You will shape strategy, build high‑performing teams, and ensure commercial success of our solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the IT product strategy, identifying new digital product opportunities.
• Lead end‑to‑end development of customer‑facing digital products such as websites, platforms, applications, and portals.
• Translate market needs and customer pain points into scalable, commercially viable products.
• Assess technology and product opportunities, creating business cases, pricing models, and commercialization plans.
• Establish product portfolios and roadmaps balancing demand, business priorities, and technology capabilities.
• Collaborate with sales and commercial teams to position, package, and sell technology solutions.
• Monitor product performance, adoption, revenue, profitability, and ROI.
• Lead engineering teams to deliver high‑quality, secure, scalable, and performant solutions.
• Manage technology partners, vendors, and system integrators involved in product delivery.
• Build and develop a high‑performing product and engineering organization.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field (master’s preferred).
• 10+ years of experience in product management and/or software engineering.
• 3+ years of experience leading product or engineering teams.
• Proven track record owning the full lifecycle of a product or digital platform in a large, complex organization.
