Lead Full Stack Developer

About the role

The Lead Full Stack Developer will join a Scrum‑based team to drive the design and delivery of a new application. Reporting to the Business Application Owner, you will take technical ownership of critical components while mentoring junior developers.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse functional user stories and translate them into detailed technical tasks.
• Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable software solutions.
• Perform code reviews, optimise database schemas and queries, and ensure high‑quality deliverables.
• Participate actively in all Agile ceremonies (daily stand‑up, sprint planning, review, demo, refinement).
• Integrate DevSecOps practices into the CI/CD pipeline using SonarQube, Snyk, and secrets management.
• Write comprehensive unit tests and maintain test coverage.
• Deploy and manage Azure services such as App Services, Key Vault, Service Bus, and Application Insights.
• Leverage AI‑assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot, Claude) to improve productivity.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a senior/full‑stack developer in an Agile environment.
• Strong ability to mentor and guide junior team members.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and a focus on code quality and security.
